Care Co-ordinator
The role of the Care Co-ordinator is to identify the most complex and vulnerable patients and then co-ordinate and manage their care in partnership with the patient, their families and carers. They also contact any patients who have been discharged from hospital following an emergency unplanned admission to ensure they are supported in their care and recovery on returning home.

The Treatment Room is led by Nurse Julia Durham along with her team, Health Care Assistants. The Treatment room staff deal with dressings, removal of sutures, ear syringing and blood pressure checks. They also perform injections and blood tests at the written request of a doctor.
