The role of the Care Co-ordinator is to identify the most complex and vulnerable patients and then co-ordinate and manage their care in partnership with the patient, their families and carers. They also contact any patients who have been discharged from hospital following an emergency unplanned admission to ensure they are supported in their care and recovery on returning home.

The Treatment Room is led by Nurse Julia Durham along with her team, Health Care Assistants. The Treatment room staff deal with dressings, removal of sutures, ear syringing and blood pressure checks. They also perform injections and blood tests at the written request of a doctor.

The Health Care Assistant's role includes taking Blood samples, performing ECGs and undertaking blood pressure checks.

Treatment Room Services, including Phlebotomy, Ear Syringing, Wound Dressing and Blood Pressure Recording.
Mrs Janis Smith (f)
Practice Manager AMSPAR Diploma in Practice Management Our Practice Manager oversees the staff and the smooth running of the practice. She will be only too willing to help you with any administrative or non-medical aspects of your health and treatment. She is available by appointment to discuss any suggestions which may improve our service to you.
The Practice employs Tracy as Medical Secretary who's duties are to provide secretarial support to the Doctors and ensures referrals and paperwork is dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Senior Receptionist Cheryl is responsible for the supervision and guidance of the reception team.
The team is responsible for making appointments and dealing with requests for repeat medication. Their aim is to help in the smooth running of the practice. The have a busy and difficult job and act on the instructions of the Doctors, so please be a "Patient Patient". All information given to them is treated in confidence and they are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the Doctors and Nurses. The more information you are able to give them the better they will be able to assist you
Mr Piotr Jeziorek (m)
Our pharmacist will help you with any medicines related. He can give you advice about taking your medicines, liaise with your community pharmacists, help you with knowing what you should be taking and carry out medicine reviews.
There is a District Nursing Team attached to the practice, led by a District Nurse Sister. You may contact them directly by telephoning the Far North Neighbourhood team on
